Industrial Cables
PVC-insulated single and multi-core flexible copper cables built for industrial power distribution and control wiring. Finely stranded conductors and a tough PVC sheath give strong current-carrying capacity, mechanical durability and resistance to moisture, oil and grease — rated up to 1100 V across 0.5 to 400 sq mm.
PVC Industrial Cables — Single & Multi-Core
Flexible PVC-insulated power cables for machinery, panel boards, lighting and socket wiring — finely stranded copper for easy routing, with a durable sheath that shrugs off abrasion, oil and grease in busy industrial environments.
Overview
Majestic Pump industrial cables are built around finely stranded, bare flexible copper conductors — more strands per core than a standard wire, so the cable stays supple even at larger sizes and carries more current for its diameter. A PVC insulation and sheath system wraps each core, giving the finished cable strong thermal stability, a long flex life and solid resistance to moisture, abrasion, grease and oil on the factory floor. Available as single-core for high-current runs or as 2, 3 and 4-core round cables for complete circuits in one jacket — from light panel wiring up to heavy machinery power feeds.
Heat-Resistant Insulation
A special PVC compound holds its properties at elevated temperatures, with operating grades up to 105°C available.
High Current Capacity
Fine, densely stranded copper conductors keep resistance low, giving strong current-carrying capacity for the conductor size.
Built for the Shop Floor
Excellent resistance to moisture, abrasion, grease and oil, with a long flex life under repeated movement and bending.
Every batch is tested for mechanical and electrical performance, with type testing carried out by independent labs including SGS, EIL, RITES, NPC and Intertek.
Construction
Specifications
All sizes use a Class 5 flexible conductor. HR/FR/FRLS-H/ZHFR insulation is also available on request, per customer requirements.
Core colour combinations: 3-core — Red & Black; Red, Black & Green; or Red, Black, Yellow, Blue & Green (4-core).
Conductor sizes and diameters are nominal and may vary within the tolerances of IEC 60228, DIN VDE 0295, IS 5831 and BS 6360. Specifications are subject to ongoing design improvements without prior notice.
Applications

Standards & Testing
Conductor sizing and construction generally conform to:
- IEC 60228 (conductors of insulated cables)
- DIN VDE 0295 (conductor classes for insulated cables)
- IS 5831 (PVC insulation & sheath of electric cables)
- BS 6360 (conductors in insulated cables and cords)
Type testing and quality verification carried out through independent third-party laboratories, including SGS, EIL, RITES, NPC and Intertek.
FAQ
What's the difference between single-core and multi-core cable?
Single-core cable carries one conductor per cable and is run as separate phase, neutral and earth cables — useful for high-current feeds and panel wiring where each conductor needs to be routed individually. Multi-core cable bundles 2, 3 or 4 cores under one PVC sheath, so a complete circuit can be installed in a single run.
What sizes are available?
Single-core is available from 0.5 to 400 sq mm. Multi-core (2/3/4 core) is available from 0.5 sq mm upward — for sizes beyond those listed, share your requirement and we'll confirm availability.
Can these cables handle higher operating temperatures?
The standard insulation is rated -15°C to +70°C. Heat-resistant grades rated to +90°C and +105°C are available for hotter environments such as near machinery or in panel ducts.
Are these cables resistant to oil and grease?
Yes — the PVC compound is formulated for good resistance to moisture, abrasion, grease and oil, making it suitable for workshop and factory-floor environments.
How are the cables packed and supplied?
Standard lengths are 100 m, 500 m and 1000 m in carton boxes, with 2000 m available on reels. Bulk and export packaging is available for project supply — contact sales for pricing and lead times.
