A 6-inch (150 mm) water-filled submersible motor for large borewells, deep lifts and heavy continuous duty, rated for 60 Hz / 3450 rpm operation. Filled with clean, anti-corrosive water that cools and lubricates the motor, its IE3 high-efficiency windings keep operating cost low while a graded cast-iron housing, stainless-steel shaft and heavy thrust bearing handle big axial loads. Available in three-phase 230/380/460 V from 7.5 to 60 HP.
Overview
The MPM06 is our largest submersible motor — a 6-inch (150 mm) frame built for big borewells, deep lifts and demanding continuous duty across agriculture, industry and bulk water supply. Filled with clean water and an anti-corrosive additive, it cools and lubricates itself as it runs, while IE3 high-efficiency windings hold operating cost down. A graded cast-iron housing with a precisely fitted bush, a heavy-duty thrust bearing and a stainless-steel shaft let it carry high axial loads — including horizontal pump-set applications. This 60 Hz version runs at 3450 rpm and is available in three-phase 230 V, 380 V and 460 V supply from 7.5 to 60 HP, with star-delta starting on the larger frames.
