Overview
The MPM08 is a high-power 8-inch (200 mm) three-phase water-filled motor for large borewells, deep lifts and continuous industrial duty — water supply schemes, irrigation systems, food processing and more. Filled with clean water and an anti-corrosive additive, it cools and lubricates itself as it runs, while high-efficiency windings hold operating cost down. A graded cast-iron housing with a precisely fitted bush, heavy-duty thrust bearing and stainless-steel shaft carry high axial loads, including horizontal pump-set applications. This 60 Hz version runs at 3450 rpm and spans 20 to 150 HP on 380 V or 460 V supply, with DOL and star-delta starting.
