EPDM Rubber 3 & 4 Core Flat Cables — AWG
Heavy-duty EPDM rubber flat submersible cables in American Wire Gauge sizing — high-flexibility copper conductors in tough rubber insulation and sheath that stay supple from −40 °C to +90 °C and resist oil, acids, chemicals, ozone, water and mechanical stress. Sized 14 AWG to 250 MCM for the most demanding deep-well and industrial pump duty.

Overview
This is our toughest flat submersible cable, now offered in AWG and MCM gauges for UL-based projects. Each finely stranded copper core is insulated and sheathed in heavy-duty EPDM rubber, giving a cable that stays flexible in deep cold, holds up under heat, and resists the oils, acids, ozone and solvents that break down ordinary jackets. The flat profile lies neatly against the rising main for deep-well pump duty, and a grounded 4-core build is available where an integral earth is required — across the full 14 AWG to 250 MCM range.
AWG & MCM Gauges
Copper cores drawn to American Wire Gauge from 14 AWG to 250 MCM, ready to drop into UL-specified pump and panel schedules.
Oil, Ozone & Chemical Proof
Heavy-duty EPDM rubber resists oils, acids, chemicals, ozone, solvents, water and weathering for harsh, exposed and submerged installs.
Heavy-Duty & Flexible
High-flexibility stranded copper and a rugged rubber sheath combine strong current capacity with easy routing, pulling and mechanical resilience.

FAQ
Why choose rubber (EPDM) over PVC in AWG sizes?
Rubber stays flexible in deep cold and resists oils, ozone, acids and solvents far better than PVC — the right choice for harsh, chemically aggressive or temperature-extreme installs. If you don't need that, the PVC AWG version covers standard duty.
When do I need the 4-core "with ground" build?
Choose the 4-core version when the installation calls for an integral grounding conductor alongside the supply cores. The 3-core build covers installations without a separate ground.
Are they suitable for submerged pump duty?
Yes — they're built for continuous submersible use in deep wells to around 500 m, including wet and chemically harsh conditions.
Can I get a cable matched to a Majestic Pump motor?
Yes — we size and rate cable to suit our motor range, so you can order a matched pump-and-cable system. Contact sales for a combined quote.
Do you supply export quantities?
Yes — bulk and container-load supply with export-ready documentation. Reach out to our team for details.
